Rules of Posting/General Rules and Regulations:
The first basic rule of any forum is to prevent the members from spamming the board; therefore, we too are going to promote a spam free atmosphere through out the whole board except for the few dedicated forums that we have chosen especially for absurd and irrelevant posts. Hence, you may neglect any Spam related rules in those forums. Furthermore, we have a strict policy for members who spread awful sharing material such as Pornographic images, racial slurs, flaming, personal swears etc… Alongside these we will permanently ban any member in sequel to three warnings who intends to share illegal software, movies, video games, etc… You may share freeware but it must be certified and genuine. TDA takes no responsibility of the 3rd party software that one may share here, if it misleads, contains any viruses, in that case TDA shall not be held responsible and the author must take full responsibility of any loss that is conducted by the download that he shared.
Warning System:
Any member found guilty of breaking any of the rules mentioned in here shall be warned by 10% increment to his warning level. However, if he continues to abuse the rules, he/she will be warned up to 60% after which he will either be awarded a suspension or a possible ban. Somehow, if one manages to evade the ban, he/she will end up with a permanent IP ban. A good news regarding the warning system is that it promotes a ‘second chance’ policy in which the violator gets a chance to reduce his warning level if he keeps well on the board throughout a time span of 3 months, after completing the grace period of 3 months in such a case, the person in regard shall contact any of the site management personnel for his warning level to be reduced after scrutiny. Remember, the site is always on a lookout for members who don’t have warning levels; they are always given priority in this matter. So always be careful not to violate any of the site rules, they are anyway very logical and are easy to follow.
Double Posting:
No member is to be found double posting on the forum unless it is necessary to do so, if any member is found double posting intentionally and unreasonably. He/she will be warned verbally prior to an actual warn augmentation. Please keep in mind that the double post violation is considered to be as aberrant as any other violation on board.
Graphic Posting:
Our forum is PG-13 [No Unfit Material for Minors], keep in mind as a logical thinking what should be posted, and what’s inappropriate.No Pornography [ Permanent ban will be issued, no warning], its a irritating subject, and anything of this sort isn’t tolerated.
Signature and Avatar Rules
1. As said no Porn
2. Signatures must be at 400x300 at maximum.

Only 1 signature image is allowed. If you have any more it can only be for a CLAN or if its very small and takes up the room of 2 signatures. (2-3 max, 1 full, 2 smaller)
1st Warning: A day to fix (Rule 2 and 3) Ban Permanent (Rule 1)
2nd Warning: Signature entirely removed (Rule 2 and 3)
3rd Warning: Signature Removed and you will not be allowed to have anymore signatures for a month. (Rule 2 and 3)
Backseat Modding
BS Modding is spam. If you find an individual breaking any rules intentionally please report it by pressing the report button. Do not respond to it because you will be hurt too if we catch it because it is spam.
1 - Leave personal drama out of the forum. Debates and discussions are allowed, but don't get to insulting each other. Breaking up arguments is not the job of Moderators or Administrators - DO NOT make anyone waste time breaking up your fights. The term is "moderator", not "mediator". DO NOT bring up your issues publicly on this forum (as in, don't threaten to harm yourself or others, do not glorify eating disorders, etc.) If an argument ensues and you are asked to drop the issue and fight through PMs or messaging programs where we can't see you, and you do not comply, the topic WILL BE CLOSED and you will be banned.
2 - Do NOT harass newbies (new users). Everyone was new at some point. If you think someone is acting stupid, point them to a set of rules, explain to them that what they're doing is wrong, or REPORT IT! n00bs are subject to harassment by veteran members. smile
3 - Don't complain about the moderators or the administrator here or anywhere on the forum. If you want to whine, keep it on your personal e-mails or messaging accounts (I don't mean PMs).
4 - Please do not ask people for personal information such as real names, address, phone number, etc. Be smart, people. Don't give this information out either, we want the forum to be a safe place. smile Also, in your profile DO NOT give your REAL first AND last name. First names ONLY, please.
5 - Please make an effort to keep your threads posted in the correct topic. They exist for a reason. Off topic posts will be considered spam (see rule 7).
6 - Stay active. If you have less than one post or havent bn active in the past 30 days then your account will be deleted automaitcally unless you have a logical reason for not being active...
7 - Do not put up spam posts, such as repeated posts, "..........", or bumps (in relation to bumping: if the thread is not on the first page of a section, don't post in it. That's a bump) As mentioned, do not post offtopic, random, or redundant posts. Do not double post. This is also spam. Here is also a definition about SPAM: Freakishly short Posts ,Pointless Posts not relating to topic, Re-ask same question (not check other pages on topic), and Conversational Posts.
8 - Links to direct downloads of Illegal And Copyrighted Material are PROHIBITED.

9 - Do not text duel on this forum.
10 - We don't generally care if you swear or cuss, but if it becomes excessive a moderator will speak to you about it. Also, DO NOT use ethnic or racial slurs, they are offensive and inappropriate. Any threats made to ANYONE will also be dealt with harshly
11 - Do not burn popcorn in the microwave.
Punishments for Breaking any of these Rules
1st offense: Warning/Noob status/Ban 3 Days
2nd Offense : 1-2 Weeks ban (Insulting mod/admin is automatic 2 weeks. Repeated offenses)
3rd Offense: 1 Month ban (repeated offenses applied by Admins)
4th Offense: 3-6 Month ban unless otherwise stated my Admin(applied by Admins)
5th Offense: Permanent
After getting banned, you are no longer allowed to participate in tournaments or events/competitions.
