I redid the effects.

1 Dragon-type Tuner + 1 "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV 8"

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon. You can negate the activation and effect of any Spell Cards and destroy them and inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent. Once per turn, even during your opponent's turn, you may activate 1 of the following effects by discarding a spell card. If you do, this card cannot attack during your next turn:

-This card cannot be destroyed or removed from the field this turn.
-You may discard any number of Spell Cards. Increase the ATK of this card by 1000 for every Spell Card discarded.
-Your opponent discards a spell card from his/her hand or deck and loses 1000 LP.

* I gave it a discarding spell cards theme. It's harder to increase his attack and his effects can now be used during your opponent's turn.

Nice card only this is to powerfull:
Increase the ATK of this card by 1000 for every Spell Card discarded.
Maby u can say Increase the ATK of this card by 300 for every spell card you discard.

Lol yeah but nice use of image.

i agree with akiza but also u should change it to read Activate Only during your opponents turn discard a spell card. This card cannot be destroyed or removed from the field this turn.
